When i receive interview from vanny radio manager, i am amazing and i feel luckly. It is my second time to receive invite interview. The first time that i get 

 phone interview from Birminghnan. About the intervie. I have deep memoriese that the senior manager have asked me that how to connect with another media businese company and get relationship with another company?

'In my opining, if you want to have lone time relation with another company. the basement that your company and another one company wiil need have together benefits when you get relationship before. It is very important that money and benefits can help you establish relaship. Actually, not only have benefits together but also you need to advertise your company successful before.

Then the senior manager ask me that how to advertise the company ?What do you think?  ' For example, you can requir your team group each week upload one video. The video time have limiteed just noe longer 1 minutes. how to make sure the theme, some festivals and some famous actives can help team group make sure the video topic. Not only extend company material , but also you can use social media and offical website to advise video. It can help comapny improve popularity.

When i receive the email and the senior manage told me i have successful pass the interview. I  am feeling lucky. 

From the interview. I KNOW. The first one, how to answer question ? You need to clearly to answer and  logic code clear. The another one that you need confident, id you don't feeling confident but you need to looks like confident. Smell and logic code clearly.
